Salary: 30k – 40k (negotiable)
Hours of Work: 45hrs per week

Requirements of the role centre around planning and conducting training and assessments for a range of clients nationwide, including our own agency staff and employees on the TTM Apprenticeship Scheme.
Apprentices may be located anywhere in the UK and there are a set number of qualifications to deliver to them over the term of their apprenticeship.
Planning training and assessment events
Training course delivery
Assessing candidates for Lantra/NHSS qualifications
Assisting with the running of the training centre in general
Contributing to compliance, and Health & Safety issues
Liaising with clients & advising on training/assessments
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications & experience are required as a minimum to perform this role;
An Instructional Techniques, or Teaching qualification recognised by Lantra Awards
A NVQ assessor qualification or recognised equivalent
12D M1 – M5 assessor
12D M1 – M5 instructor
At least 5 years’ experience within the temporary traffic management industry
At least 12 months experience training and/or assessing
Full clean UK driving licence
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and able to produce quality training course materials using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc….
Very good level of Maths and English
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications & experience are desirable (not essential);
12D M6 & M7 Instructor
12A Foreman Instructor
Driving Goods Vehicles NVQ assessor
At least 5 years’ experience within the traffic management industry in a supervisory or managerial role
At least 3 years’ experience training and assessing within the traffic management industry
A full clean UK driving licence with HGV entitlement
Teaching or assessing qualifications for other disciplines and/or awarding bodies
Good communicator and team worker
Compliant with policies and procedures
Able to work under direction, or on own initiative
Able to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as required
Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test at induction and randomly thereafter
